"Oh yeah...I have a new Laff in the Dark URL" B.B. Laff in the Dark
Quote from Reggie's Records' press release of May 12 '98: "Big Daddy G (otherwise known as Dave Glover) has had a passion for blues since he can remember and his first venture into the studio has netted some interesting sessions from the pens and history of Muddy Waters, BB King, Albert Collins, Little Charlie & the Nightcats and more. The end result is a fresh, new CD called "4 Blues". Big Daddy G's Official Web Site |
On the Big Daddy G album (more info below left): "I've been involved with that project since early last spring, on drums and as exec producer. (I procured all those fine musos for him) You'll be interested to know that we got "Hock" Walsh (the original voice of the Downchild Blues Band) out of semi-retirement for this recording, he was injured in a car crash last Aug, keeping an extremely low profile ever since." And now we have gathered from the MAPLEBLUE-L mailing list that you are the shuffle king behind Steven C and the Red Rockets too! Hey Bruce, we made an investigation - and a brand new page! |

"I was always the Walrus, Paul wasn't the Walrus... I was just saying that to be nice!" (From "Quotations of Chairman Bruce") | |||
Keep up the good work, Bruce! But you've also been gigging with The Tony D Band this spring, haven't you? And with... and with... What you need is a strong... |
...cup of coffee! How about "Grossman's" in Toronto, right down the street from the Silver Dollar? |
